I ordered a pair of sunglasses in…

I ordered a pair of sunglasses in October for my husband's birthday Ref order no: 104615271...the wrong size and needed to return them back to their Spanish head office from my London address.It was a child's size and not an adult size required. I paid £20 for safe fully tracked service. The whole returns process with Deporvillage was extremely difficult & stressful as there was no returns label or paperwork in the delivery and I had to send a total of 8 emails requesting and chasing them from the end of october .When I did after a month finally receive the documentation and returns label to start the process ie the end of November I used a reliable tracking service via Royal mail and when the parcel arrived to their company in Barcelona using their returns label , they refused to accept the returns package...no reason given to Royal mail. Instead they now say they never received the item and I have to track the parcel again. I have done so and have evidence from the courier that they tried to deliver the parcel to Deporvillage but they refused to accept it. Royal mail are sending in back to me in the UK hopefully. I will never use this company ever again and strongly advise if you think you may need to return your item..think again as it will be a problem. Their customer service is rude, impatient and dismissive. I am left with the memory of a horrible experience and a pair of glasses that are from their children's range not their adult range that we cannot use and with postage and costs of the unwanted item I am £120 out of pocket!! The company are just horrible!
