12 days before Christmas I decided I wanted to go on a cruise. Obviously everything was fully booked. I called Abercrombie and Kent and was lucky enough to talk to Debbie Rawnsley. She was extremely helpful and worked her magic and managed to get us the cruise we wanted PLUS an extra week at a beautiful resort in a wonderful place with lots of things to do for non beach people. I am sure it’s going to be a wonderful holiday and there is no doubt in my mind that, from now on, I’ll always deal with A&K. They are incredibly lucky to have Debbie, she is a super star!!!!
