It was easy to order online and speedy to deliver. I would have given 5 stars but when asked for a two day rain check to get the Black Friday price they declined but then had a Cyber Monday sale at a higher price. Two days wasn't a lot to ask for but the bed itself is superb and our dog loves it. He was a rescue dog but we had to wait two days to see if he was ours hence the delay in purchasing the bed.

I am sorry we couldn't offer you a 2-day rain check. It would be extremely unfair on our other customers who purchased during the Black Friday sale, to extend it for one person.
Our Cyber Monday promotion was a free gift with your order, so a different promotion in that case. But I am so stoked to hear you were granted your rescue dog and I am sure you will be a fantastic dog parent.
