Hi, just ordered 2 robot vacuum cleaners from the same Wowcher. Why did I have to redeem separately and pay twice for postage. Doesn't make sense to me.

You obviously have a problem understanding me. I ordered 2 items from the sames supplier by adding them to the basket. Expecting to pay delivery possibly by weight or a one off p&p fee. Your system sent a voucher for each item instead of one voucher for the single transaction. I then had to redeem the vouchers for each item. Each time I was charged the full p&p repeatedly. If I buy more than one item anywhere else from a single supplier I don't get charged the full delivery cost for every item. But indo with Wowcher, which is crazy.

Yes I can see here you have redeemed the both orders and paid delivery charges for both orders.
