Absolute Shambles worst customer experience EVER

ordered furniture on 2nd October in store for delivery to store for collection 3weeks later order cancelled as cannot be collected in store spoke to a James at head office decided to reorder on line to be delivered 25 th nov not delivered as running late re booked for 3 dec today no one arrived rang courier they said the order was cancelled on 30 th Nov due to damage nobody informed me been on phone 1HOUR 19 MINS NUMBER 17 in queue from 29 absolute joke the Range worst customer service in my 60 odd years . Update now 2HOURS 40 min into my call now number 7 from 29 . Latest got down to number 5 after over 3 hours then they hung up .....lovely people.
