Poor Service.

Registered with UPS to enable me to change delivery date. Put on their planner my preferred delivery date day of Monday 5th December 2022. Then I received an email stating they will be delivering on Thursday 1st December. It still showed on their planner due to deliver on the 5th December. Then it was delivered on the 2nd of December, this was the original delivery date given by UPS. This caused inconvenience and stress as I then had to change my plans and stayed at home in case they delivered on Thursday 1st December.
