Rubbish service. Solution: boycott any retailer which uses Hermes
I am still waiting on an order I placed with retailer Lighting Direct 10 days ago.
I get regular updates from the couriers saying the same thing: parcel with local courier for delivery/courier unable to deliver parcel.
This is so poor.
I will try not to shop online with any retailer that contracts with this company.
We should all do the same.
