My experience today has been absolutely brilliant tbh
Alan driver phoned- I explained I was mikes away
He went out of his way to find a pick up point during v heavy traffic congestion
Rang me back twice to explain who and where I could pick it up
( customer care in a v busy shopping centre locally which is a mare ti drive into and find parking etc)
I’m impressed with this companies customer care and diligence
Others would have told me to come down to the depot and pick it up
