I've been with HB for over 18 months now. Whilst there have been a few minor hiccups over that time, they have been promptly resolved. Speeds are excellent and the price represents excellent value for money for what you get. I'm quite an advanced technical customer and HB have accommodated all my technical requests. Support and Customer Services are easy to engage with and fast at responding.

I enjoy being an HB customer which is why at the end of my initial 18 months contract I signed up for another 24 months at another great rate.
