Very untrustworthy. Our parcel was left outside our door (even though we were in) - classified as a ‘safe place’. Our front door is directly on the High Street and any passerby could have stolen our parcel. No card was put through the door and the parcel was there for over an hour before I tracked the parcel, which stated it had been left in a safe place, on our ‘front porch’!! Very dissatisfied. Don’t trust Yodel!!
