After years of suffering and symptoms getting worse and not been able to see a doctor for the HRT, as a last attempt I ordered these- within a week the hot flushes were down to between 1/2 a day , the aching legs , sore back , headaches and just the general dullness had all but disappeared. A month in I’ve just subscribed to them monthly and feel like a new woman. I maybe have one flush a day if that and I now get around 4/5 hours sleep a night. Would definitely recommend them.
