I had read other reviews before using Ziffit which for the most part were positive. I found it easy to scan the books and was happy with the money offered so proceeded with the sale. As there were 50 books these were collected on my requested date from home; this was an easy transaction. My only suggestion is to take photographs or videos as you pack. Ziffit tried to say one book was missing but I had recorded the packing so disputed this and they did pay the additional amount. I would use them again.
