Great Service from the Boiler Engineer
I am a vulnerable, older person with a disability. Charcot Marie Tooth disease. A hereditary, sensory, motor neuropathy. That is detrimental to our health if left in a cold environment with no heating & without hot water. I was delighted when I received a telephone call with the engineer bringing the job forward. Even though he was an hour away from my address. Perhaps the head office, when booking jobs for the engineers could take distance into account as it would very useful not only for the engineer but ultimately the customer. Saving time and fuel. Would an electronic map assist the head office staff? (I apologies if this is currently in operation). The engineer himself was pleasant, and very helpful. I now have a fully functioning boiler.
