Interesting upcoming holiday booked. As I will be traveling to Scotland from England, do I need a passport? If not, why sending me documents concerning border control? I tried to contact you by phone, but it is an impossible task!

You will require photo ID to travel to Scotland with BA, so you will require a passport or a drving licence.
