I spoke with Stef today in the chat regarding a difficulty I was having cancelling their website builder package. Just for some context: I bought couple domains back in June and added the website builder because it was free for 12 months. However, I kept getting billed for small amounts each month around £2. I didn't see anywhere during my purchase that this small fee would auto renew and charge the company card. So I tried to cancel but I couldn't for some reason. But the response was fast and it was cancelled straight away, with little explaining needed on my part. Besides that, Stef refunded last month's fee which I wasn't expecting, I didn't even have to ask. Friendly chat, fast and no nonsense!
