100% wrong

I'm hell not happy with The Range yesterday I had delivery, one of I'm items got smashed and also the box was damaged too. I'm 100% scared to shop with The Range because I don't want anything to happen again

A refund has been raised for the damaged item which you have received and a confirmation email has been sent to you.
