I ordered a tension lug for a vintage Premier snare drum - when it arrived (very speedily) it was missing the internal parts - when I notified Ev-entz by e-mail they replied almost immediately and I received the missing parts, plus another lug, the following day. This is excellent customer service. Highly recommended...
