Unhappy customer
I am singularly unimpressed by your service. When being sold a fridge/freezerthe rep was so busy asking me to take the insurance that I don't remember if he asked which side the doors should open. Needless to say that when I received delivery the doors open on the wrong side for it's position in my kitchen. I have since tried to contact the store through your web contacts. No joy. I guess I will have to drive 10 miles to speak to a person in the Blackpool store in the hope that the situation can be resolved without incurring further payment. Not a happy camper at all!!! V.
