I ordered a bed from Bensons for Beds on 6/8/22 and it was nearly delivered today 30/8/22 but I was sent an email saying they could not deliver my order but then the driver called me to say he is on the way.
Driver turned up and delivered the bed but no mattress , called customer services they could not give me a reason or when I would get the mattress just told me the warehouse had major operational issues!!!!! They did say someone may contact me in the next 3 days????
If you have major operational issues then stop selling beds and fix the issues.
Or be honest with your customers
