Problem solved!

After purchasing our car a year ago and negotiating a price based on whether or not we would purchase the year warranty (we KNOW on past experience that these are NEVER worth the paper they are written on but it was the only way a price could be agreed on) it was time for it’s first MOT and service. A call from our mechanic drew attention to a gear box leak so he advised us to return to Perrys. Surprise, surprise…it’s not covered. We have done less than 6000 miles in this car. What a disappointment. Perrys Chesterfield you have lost a future customer…..

After getting back in touch with Perrys after this review, it was agreed that they would rectify the problem at no cost to ourselves. A courtesy car was also provided whilst this repair was carried out. Thank you to all concerned, our faith is restored!
