Supremely Unhelpful Staff and Customer Service
Swapped an empty Calor Gas bottle for a full one of exactly the same specifications. Tried to attach the regulator straight off the previous bottle to find that the bottle neck on the new one was a different size. Called the store, went into another store and spoke with customer service. No one was any help and they refuse to exchange despite their mistake.
