On our first visit to Tapi cpts on Castle marina, Nottingham we were greeted by Marcus then left to look, he was available to help just when we needed, we ordered samples online, which also was a positive experience then went back to castle Marina to order as we needed more advice than online could help us with, Marcus remembered us and the products we were looking at, helped us in a friendly manner and we came away, totally happy and satisfied we were given the correct information, thanks Marcus, a credit to Tapi!!
