I wished I read these reviews before I made the booking. My driver messaged me that he arrived earlier than my booking time. Then when it's the booking then he disappeared. I tried calling him but only got voicemail. I was making overseas calls in Paris! Tried to ask for refund, told booking.com for refund but they turn me down. They showed me the GPS from the supplier but the point is he never pick me up. Anyone can give me advice as in how to get a refund?
