Do not use agoda for booking. I had to call the customer service and wait for an hour and half to get checked in. The method used by agoda was not accepted and my credit card was not the same that agoda used. The payment paperwork did not arrive until Friday the day I was to check out. I was lucky that the hotel staff was able to help me get my room. FYI. There was a party that used agoda for thier booking and had the same problem. It took them 3 hours to get checked in.
