Just moved with RP. Good price - not the cheapest we found but toward the lower end. Team were very, very helpful in the office (lawrence and gabriel) prior to moving day.
Then on packing day, it was the hottest day ever in the UK (yes, the 38C one), but Vlad and the team came in and packed without issue. I was working from home and they hardly disturbed me once.
Then on packing day, they turned up a little late because of traffic then bashed through it. Vlad was supremely helpful again. They decided they needed another van, so one was sent from the depot and they filled that up too. Dismantled everything and put it back together at the new place, exactly where we wanted. They even helped us to install the washing machine and dishwasher (I say helped us, they did it really).
Everything was wrapped that needed to be and great care was taken. The only thing broken was a fridge magnet - which they told me about, and still wrapped the tiny broken piece so we could repair it. Couldnt believe it when I unwrapped it. It's now glued back together.
Then our estate agent called to tell us that they'd forgotten to pack some things from our old utility room. I contact the team at RP, they sent someone to pick it up 3 days later. And then dropped it over to us a couple of days after that. Absolutely brilliant - I'm sure if we'd pushed them if it was urgent they would have been able to do it quicker. Brilliant service, lovely guys, would definitely recommend them and we'll use them again when my wife decides in a year she wants a bigger house.
