Holidaysplease is a fabulous holiday agent to use. Kathryn kept us up to date with any changes, covid rules and was always contactable for any queries.
I would definitely use them again. Our holiday was a 2 year delayed one, and we had a few lost costs from another cancelled one, but they allowed us to transfer monies to this one, which was very helpful and much appreciated. Thank you Kathryn ( and Gold Medal) for all your hard work.
