The package came stuffed with protective foam and bubble wrap, but that didn't stop one product from leaking, I believe the cap wasn't screwed well. Two other products came without label —which isn't a big deal but I want to know which scents I'm working with.

I wasn't giving any tracking number and when I asked they sent an email a day or two later telling me my order's been delivered.

Overall, good service and good scenets. But if you value good customer service and getting quick responses for your questions this isn't the site for you.
