Delivery never turned up and was lied to
Took the day off work and waited in all day for my new TV to turn up which I paid nearly £3000 for, even paid extra for it to turn up in this day. I constantly checked the location of the order using the tracking service, my position was No23 and my time slot was between 13:20 and 17:20. It got to 18:00 and the driver was only on delivery No14. We contacted Currys via the Webchat and they told me it was damaged in transit which is why it wasn't delivered. I highly suspect that they were just saying this to keep shut me up as they completely bypassed my location on the tracking map, and also what about the deliveries before me? I've wasted a days holiday and money for my delivery slot due to their poor service. Would not recommend, use a company that follows through on promises.
