Really bad experience

Biteable advertised they were having a 66% off sale and I purchased the monthly pro plan (33 usd) and got charged the full amount (99 usd). I contacted customer support and they told me the 66% discount only applied to yearly plans even though on their page it clearly stated that I was getting a 66% discount with the monthly plan. This made me very upset and I asked for a full refund and they decided to partially refund me to "respect" the discount. I told them I didn't want to buy their service anymore so they "refunded" me the remainder. I check my bank statement and I have 2 charges, one for 99 usd and the other one for 33 usd. They tell me that it might be the way my bank works and that I have to wait 3-10 business days to see the refund. I got an email on the 4th day saying that I had gotten the refund and I check my account and I only have 33 usd refunded, still missing 99 usd. I contact them and they say they don't have a second charge registered to their account and in their record they have already refunded the 99 usd. 8 business days have passed already and I hope that by day 10 I have my money back. This has been a really bad experience, I wanted to purchase their service but I thought it was very expensive, so when I saw the sale I decided to give it a try but I regret it so much. Please be clear with your advertising. And please refund my money. Thanks
