Did not deliver parcel to my home. Left it in a shop and told to collect from there.
Informed them I about mobility issues and unable to collect and they refused to help in any way. Terrible customer service and not willing to help in anyway. Rigid company policy which is biased.
As an addition. Supplier contacted DPD. Using their gps tracking found out they had not even been near my house. Lied to by customer service, shocking service.
