Very poor, 30 hour delay no communication of what or why, problems getting money refunded, declined 3 times flight delayed claim ‘not logged on flight’ despite 2 sets of boarding cards, Did not refund or make good booking incentive from previous holidays booking that they cancelled. Never again jet 2 all the way
