Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Bought a reconditioned AC unit and it has a fault with the compressor. Has been faulty from the day it arrived, sent pictures and 2 videos of the fault, but they are blaming me for poor ventilation of the unit despite following the instructions in the book. Save yourself the hassle and buy from anyone else. Rip off merchants.

They did eventually refund me for this unit, less a small fee - so sorted in the end.
Still way more hassle than it should of been, could all of been sorted with the first phone call...
