I had an item arrive faulty, no problem I got a refund. Then shortly afterwards I had another item marked delivered. It wasn't. Tried to get through to customer support and can't as I've been blocked due to 'abusing' system. Absolutely rediculous. Having to go through credit card company to claw money back. Will delete app; deliveries take forever to arrive anyway.
