How dire are TUI getting back to you !! They advertise call them, but when they do, it’s a recorded message saying to complete a form.
I did this and I’m STILL waiting more than 28 days later ( despite their promise of 14 days).
My complaint was that they charged me an additional £63 for ‘ sea view’ and when I got to resort, ALL the rooms were sea views. No front facing ( ie to the road ) rooms at this hotel.
