They canceled my membership

They canceled my membership, I was pay $89 per year and I'm an old customer, the last annual payment it refused two times, and then they cancel my old payment and I have $99 per month!!! instead of per year!!
I tried with them, but no way to back to my old plan ..

- And they removed lite version with no reason, and yes it was have two big problems, but it was nice.
- Arabic language is an issue most of times.

We do not cancel customers intentionally. It's possible your payment method was declined or something in that nature that our system them cancelled. Please reach out to us at support@biteable.com to see what we can get sorted. Our package that you were on no longer exists, but we can see what we can do to get you on our newest Pro package at a price that works.
