Heaters are fine comms poor

Heaters are fine, and good value.
Delivery was prompt, but your communication terrible.
When given delivery date, I replied to inform you that we needed to change the date. You confirmed the new delivery date, but then your carrier announced another date which was not convenient.
I rearranged this on the carriers website and got confirmation.
The carrier the attempted to deliver on wrong date.
We eventually got delivery, but the poor "joined up thinking" has marred what should have been a good experience.

Please accept my apologies for the issues you have faced regarding the delivery service. This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have.
I would really like to investigate this further with the hope of resolving it for you, however I have been unable to locate your Sales Order with the information you have provided.
