The delivery time lets them down
Using the website and ordering items is easy. However, I should have heeded the reviews which mentioned long delivery times.
If Vision Direct are aware that the manufacturer (for certain lens types) take longer to deliver the lenses, they should advise people. It would then not be too much of a surprise when you are then advised that the delivery time is 21 working days, rather than 5.

I’m really sorry it’s taken longer than expected to receive your order. We always aim to keep as many lenses available for immediate dispatch as possible. However, on this occasion your lenses needed to be ordered into the warehouse, I can see that this was reflected in the estimated dispatch date provided during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email.
