Poor communication
Poor communication, slow delivery.
Item was not even dispatched by the date that it was expected to be delivered.
Phoned them up and they could not give a date of deliver. Took a while for them to get back to me and requried me to phone them up.
Given 2 stars since after speaking to a manager, a full refund has been promised.

Our standard delivery service gives estimated delivery dates and we do clearly state that throughout our ordering process.
We have now added Next Day and Named Day delivery services to our roster so you can now select the exact day you would like to receive your delivery.
