The item I wanted was out of stock

The item I wanted was out of stock. I waited a few weeks then ordered again as it was showing as available. Having ordered and paid for the item, the next day I received an email telling me that there was a problem with the website and in fact the item was not available, so they had to send me a refund. Not impressed.
