Jenny was a pleasure to deal with on the phone but the fact that there are issues with your payment system and I was unable to complete my policy online was very annoying. Obviously this is causing issues for your staff as I was on hold for over 15 minutes before I was put through to Jenny, who was very efficient in booking my policy over the phone.
