Mothers Day & Birthday Ruined

Order was cancelled on Mother’s Day , so bad . And this is the second time I used them . They also failed to deliver on my Mum’s birthday !I will Never use them ever again. They again offer credit I will never use . If you are like me and you think , that it’s a quick place to go when interflora , cannot do deliveries etc , you are best to quickly look up Asda or Morrison’s & M&S you will at least get a guaranteed delivery service .
Oh and it’s great they send the please contact us ! But I tried for 2 hours and they disconnected me , I have screenshoots. ( many ) they think by giving me a 10 pound voucher it compensates . How can it . Again they let me down . it seems perhaps it’s the distributor or geographical area that is your problem or just plain and simple you spread yourself too thin on the ground with your workforce 🤷‍♀️And work them too muck or do not hire enough .
All I can say is I have a Mum Alone thinking I did nothing today , whilst I have not seen her due to Covid For 2 years and 3 months as she is vulnerable and I do not live in Scotland . So thank you very much .I cannot even get through to cancel the order as it is not Mother’s Day if she does not get them .
