Planes them selves are mediocre, which are often really delayed without explanations or any form of compensation. I have several time had to wait more than an hour in horrible conditions without any form of communication from the staff. I really only fly with them because they are the only company with direct flight on my preferred route, but you have to pay extra if as much as wiggle your ears, so often time they are not even the cheapest alternative all things considered.
