Chop box is a great place to buy any of your meats these days. There prices are about the same as a meat market or supermarket but the difference is quality, I’m a big Steak lover and the 16 ounce ribeye is my favorite steak and there’s is so delicious seared in a steel skillet and then baked,I love them with a light steak seasoning.
I also like their butcher cut prime 10 oz filet mignons when they have them.
I’ve tryed there pork chops and baby back ribs as well. I steam the ribs in a mixture of BBQ sauce,seasoning and water for 2-3 hrs on a very slow steam covered then I baste with more BBQ sauce and bake them on 400 for another hour or so and they are fall off the bone delicious,no knife needed.
