Promised a service but never done!

Purchased my car 6 months ago and all seemed fine. But then radio started to cut out when driving so booked it in. Went to collect car and was told service was due even though I was told it had been serviced upon purchase! They had even stamped the book! Thinking back this makes sense as they had not even put an MOT on it when I went to collect it, had to wait 3 hours for them to do this. I believe all they done once they had this car was a valet and sold onto me. Also now been told that it now requires new pads & discs after less than 3k of driving. This has certainly soured my experience with Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth.
