StressNoMore exceeds expectations!
I honestly didn't expect much from this and it was a case of clutching at the final straw, but after watching Fiona Phillips review I thought it was worth a try. I'm not your usual over 60yr old. I lift weights, CrossFit, recently ran the London marathon and have worked out all my life .. so there wasn't really a good reason why suddenly every time I lift a weight and squat, or sneeze or laugh .. I leak! I was devastated! I have tried everything else. What did I have to lose.
Bought the multi pack because I didn't know what size to get. Initially baulked at the size of them all but decided to try the small first and definitely with the ribbon are attached for easy removal .. my god what if it got lost .. were my thoughts!
15 mins after insertion you definitely feel like you need to empty both bladder and bowel again, then off to the gym, lifted heavy barbell, into deep squat .. and ... Nothing! No leak! No urge! No embarrassment! Cannot explain the relief I felt.
Finished up with a run after my workout .. still dry at the gym 2 hours later.
I cannot recommend this highly enough. I had always thought it couldn't happen to me because of my high level of fitness, and I still don't know why now, but thank goodness for this magic bullet.
I have decided to only use them on heavy weight lifting days because I can cope the rest of time.
You won't be disappointed. Money well spent.
