Quick Personal Service
I was worried about having answered a questionnaire over the phone which was expected but I then started to wonder if it could have been a scam. I got straight through to Billy on an online chat. So good to not have automated responses to deal with as I have had in the past. He checked my account and offered to call me the next day to confirm whether anything had been charged to my account. We had an online chat today and he confirmed no charges showing. He offered to chat again in a few days if I was still worried and wanted to check the account again. Very impressed with the quick personal service. It shows how maybe the not so well known companies have the upperhand when it comes to customer service. Thanks very much Billy.
