If there was a Zero Number I would have given it to this company. Their app is worse then their website.
The app cannot connect because apparently I have no internet. Then, The website doesn’t allow you to connect a Payment card nor PayPal. Basically there is NO WAY to SHOP on this SHOPPING APP.
I should mention the fact, that once upon a time when their app was still working...I bought an item that arrived broken. And a year later, NO ONE had responded to my REFUND request. 40Euros lost...never to be seen again.
Not to mention the blocking of people’s profiles without any warning...because they think you are a criminal.
The Pyramid Eye on their search bar...speaks for its self. Stay away from this Useless company, it’s only there to collect your data. They provide no customer service and no security of any kind...but they think they are the online police hunting criminals that sell second hand things to survive. Way to go Wallapop Sheriffs...keep up the good work.
By the way...FORUM??? I have to follow your FORUM in order to get assistance for a REFUND??? You must be out of your minds. You follow your forum and I’ll follow my way out of your doggy platform. FORUM you said!? Very interesting way to hide from REFUNDS.
