I bought a second-hand iPhone SE. The phone looks 'as new', works fine and I received it within a day or two.
I didn't know the company. They seem like a decent professional outfit, working hard to get good reviews. I got in touch through the chat tool to ask about warranty / battery and so on - but the interaction wasn't great, so not full mark on that front. This said, I would probably shop with them again.
