Bed was damaged on arrival, took 2 weeks for order but will take 3 weeks to replace defective parts. A gesture of £25 given when asked and really pushed, not really offered! Did not really accept culpability on this. Shame as actually dealt with great staff on order, delivery and install and customer care. Just not really on the ball when they messed up.

I would like to assure you that we not only welcome your feedback, but also take issues like this very seriously, and we are constantly reviewing orders like yours as part of our continuous learning and improvement program.
We have various layers of quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, and also a final Quality Control officer in place to ensure that we avoid issues like yours at all cost. We are very sorry that this process has not worked effectively on this occasion. On the very rare occasions like this, when such problems occur, we record the details and review them regularly in management meetings, as part of our constant ongoing effort to improve our services and products. The managers involved in the Workshop, and the Quality control officer will be made aware of your concerns and we will endeavour to make changes wherever we can and manage individuals concerned accordingly.
The replacement parts can be made and dispatched much sooner than the date given to you, however what is causing the slight delay is the availability of the assembly team in your area. Please accept our apologies for this. We can of course deliver these to you sooner if you wish with our flat packed delivery couriers.
