I bought two tins of Farrow and Ball paint, one of which was the wrong colour. As one of the tins was in the sale, I didn’t think you would change it but you did for which I was impressed. The sales assistant was most helpful pointing out that when I took the replacement tin of paint to him he pointed out to me that the finish was different. After returning with the correct finish, he duly told me that I was owed a refund of £2. A double bonus you might say, one for the fact that I could replace a tin that was in the sale and a refund of £2. What’s not to like. Great service and helpful staff. Brilliant.
